Welcome to Baydreams, a luxury waterfront home situated near the Kent Narrows in Queen Anne's County, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house features a master penthouse suite in the second floor tower with a Jacuzzi tub and private balcony overlooking the expansive Chesapeake bay.

Relax in your private waterfront hot tub and enjoy the moonlight rippling over the water. Sit back in a comfy Adirondack chair and admire the many different species of waterfowl that visit our shoreline or glimpse sailboats as they pass in the distance. Enjoy spending time with friends and family sipping your favorite drink at our outdoor Tiki Bar.

Stroll out on the 65ft dock and enjoy fishing. Activities include water skiing, tubing or canoeing on the 3-mile wide Chester River, just off the Cheasapeake Bay. The home is conveniently located within a 20-60 minute drive to such popular tourist destinations as Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C.

For only slightly more than a hotel room, you can have this very nicely decorated waterfront home to share with your close friends and family. With its 180-degree water views, skylights and numerous amenities, you'll find your Baydreams vacation will become a treasured memory.

 

Additional Space - Baydreams is pleased to be able to offer the adjoining Bay Cottage Suite* as an additional vacation rental for those who need more room. The Suite features a plush King Bed, full functioning eat in kitchen, waterfront Living Room with pull out Queen sleeper sofa, a fireplace and panoramic views of the Chester. There is also a full bath and screened in porch and use of the laundry facilities.

*Please note, this Suite is only rented out in addition to the main house, Baydreams, it is not rented out separately

Baydreams Main House Rates (Sleeps 6/2)

  • November through March - $325/night or $2000/week (3 night minimum, 2 nights negotiable.)
  • April through October - $500/night or $3200/wk (3 night minimum, 2 nights negotiable.)

Baydreams + Bay Cottage Suite (Sleeps 10/2)

  • November through March - $425/nt or $2800/wk (3 night minimum, 2 nights negotiable.)
  • April through October - $575/night or $3800/wk (3 night minimum, 2 nights negotiable.)

Parties and/or private events are strictly prohibited.
